The easiest way to figure out what size you wear, you will need to find a flexible measuring tape. Measure the circumference of your head at the place where you would wear a hat. Take the measurement in inches and follow the chart below. If you are in between two sizes, choose the bigger size. You can always pad a hat smaller.

General cleaning: To remove dust or surface dirt from your hat: – if you purchased a straw simply wipe with a clean damp cloth. –If a wool felt was purchased, use a soft brush, starting at the left side of the hat, and brush it counterclockwise toward the back and around again.

If your hat gets wet, simply shake off the excess water. If it’s a wool felt hat, you need to turn down the leather sweatband and stand the hat on the sweatband so it can dry naturally. While the hat is wet, don’t rest the hat on its brim as this could cause it to lose its shape.

Avoid exposing your hat to heat from stoves, radiators, lamps and car windows. The combination of heat and perspiration will shrink the sweatband.

To keep perspiration and hair dressing from penetrating to the outside of the straw, occasionally turn down the sweatband so it can dry between wearing’s.

Store your hat upside down, on its crown, on a clean surface or in a box. Do not store it right side up on a flat surface, as this can cause the brim to flatten.

Once you move on to checkout we recommend setting up your online account if you are a new customer or signing in to your account if you’ve shopped with us before. This allows you to have access to view order details, check status, access online returns, etc.

Next you will review your cart and select the “Proceed to PayPal” tab.

Next you will enter your shipping address and notice the shipping cost based on your products and delivery location.

Then you will select your preferred payment method option and click the “Pay Now” tab.

Many items are available to ship within 1-2 business days. Others may take longer depending on availability and an average day range will be provided via email.

Orders do ship complete, so if multiple items are added to a cart, the time frame listed on your checkout page reflects when it should ship from our warehouse.

We try to keep our website as up-to-date as possible with currently available items. However, if we unexpectedly run into a problem with an ordered item, we will notify you via e-mail immediately.
