In order to return a hat you must first call to be approved for a RA number. We will pay the shipping charges if we can determine the mistake was our fault. A picture of the product must be sent within 3 days of receiving your hat to speed up the process. Please send the picture to [email protected] or call for a phone number to text the picture to. If you receive a damaged box, you can either reject it or open the box in front of the delivery person to inspect the hat and then reject if damaged. We will issue a claim to the delivery company so we must be informed as soon as possible; a picture of the box will help with the claim process.
Once your return is received, a refund will be processed within 2-3 days and a confirmation email will be sent at that time.
All returned items must be in their original packaging with the tags attached and be in new, unworn condition unless damaged by delivery company.
