TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In order to return a hat you must first call to be approved for a RA number. We will pay the shipping charges if we can determine the mistake was our fault. A picture of the product must be sent within 3 days of receiving your hat to speed up the process. Please send the picture to eddie@dallashats.com or call for a phone number to text the picture to. If you receive a damaged box, you can either reject it or open the box in front of the delivery person to inspect the hat and then reject if damaged. We will issue a claim to the delivery company so we must be informed as soon as possible; a picture of the box will help with the claim process.

Once your return is received, a refund will be processed within 2-3 days and a confirmation email will be sent at that time.

*All returned items must be in their original packaging with the tags attached and be in new, unworn condition unless damaged by delivery company *
